You may be surprised that I'm classified as a fix-up. I'm actually quite beautiful. Lovely 16'' ceramic tile w/NO carpet. Luxurious upgraded granite in the kitchen. Island w/ breakfast bar and pendant lighting. Plantation shutters thruout.do have some issues...my roof is aging, my exterior paint needs a new sparkle andhave some other little boo-boos. My current owner isn't able to spruce me back up so my price is amazing! I'm being sold AS IS w/my owner doing no repairs or issuing any credits for repairs.
